   3. We accept Payment issued in US dollars only!
       For safety our clients we do not accept orders by phone.
   4. For existing Orders the only order ID, e-mail and name,
       which was submitted with your order, will be accepted
       for answer. Please keep your order ID number safe and secure.
   5. All items are sold AS IS and are non-refundable. All sales are final.
   6. Sorry, all vintage items out of stock, only new items available for sale.
   7. We strongly recommended to insure your order
       for a little US $2.00 per item (only within USA) - just ask us, then
       we can refund in case missing order.
        Without insurance - buyer is responsible for cost of
       missing order. Selecting shipping insurance is recommended
       but not required.
       If you ordered more then 5 items and paid by credit card:
       - we will ship first item and
         after if you receive it and you like it - we will ship rest items,
       - for safety our clients we required verification of their order
         by phone, which associated with their billing address.
       But if you paid by money order - there will be no need to confirm
       your order by phone and we will ship your entire order at a time.

   When buyer decided make any changes in his/her original order
   (change size, color of item, or quantity items, or shipping address etc)
   buyer must cancel his/her original order and place a new order,
   When order was placed via Google Checkout Service or PayPal -
   we can not make any changes in your original order.

    We accept Payment issued in US dollars only!
    WE REPORT ALL FRAUDULENT ORDERS AND
   SUSPECTED CASES OF FRAUD.
   If your credit card associated with Google or PayPal account -
   you must pay by Google or PayPal account -
   otherwise your order will be canceled.
   With payment by PayPal we can ship ONLY to your
   PayPal confirmed mailing address.
   We accept payment for up to 4 t-shirts/girly tops per one order.
   If you wish to buy more then four items: please
   send an e-mail (click here) before payment process for detailed
   instructions and you will receive more shipping discount.
   For safety our clients we prefer payments by Google account or
   PayPal account, also Discount Coupon will apply immediately for
   Total amount with payment by Google or Paypal,
   but with payment by Credit Card - on second day after payment processed.
   If you already have Google account or PayPal account with
   your credit card - you must pay through your existing Google account
   or PayPal account.
   We use a third-party fraud screening system to immediately trace
   suspected fraud. We do this for our protection as well as for yours.
   For safety our clients - We never accept or discuss order by phone or fax.
   To help expedite your order, please try to use the same billing and
   shipping addresses. While this is not required, we do ask additional
   information from some customers.
   Please provide Confirmed Address and phone number, which is checked
   against the credit card billing address maintained by his or her
   credit card company.
   Payment by Google or PayPal - We accept only Orders with
   subtotal value no more then $100.00 for the first time user.
   Payment by Credit Cart for orders with subtotal value 
   accepted no more then $200.00 within USA.
   Please remember that all payments must be in US Dollars!
   If you decide to send in cash, it will be at your own discretion.
   If you pay by Google account or PayPal account -
   your order will begin processing immediately.
   We accept Credit Cart, money orders and cash for payment.
   Please notify us by e-mail (click here) when
   you send a money order or cash.
   International buyers must pay us with
   Money Order or International Cashier's Check
   in US funds there must be a bank from the United States
   written on it somewhere AND there must be a bank routing
   number and account number printed on the bottom edge of
   the Money Order.
   Payment by Money Order or International Cashier's Check
   must be sent with confirmation of delivery and must be insured.
   We accept only International Orders issued in US dollars.
   We accept only Orders with subtotal value no more then $200.00.
   Return policy   Top
   All items are sold AS IS and are non-refundable. All sales are final.
   Only in cases where the seller ships an incorrect or damaged item,
   will be offered exchange item, in this case we accept returns
   within 7 days after receiving order.
   We do not exchange item(s) for another size if buyer
   accidentally ordered an incorrect size.
   Buyer must notify us by e-mail only (NO phone calls)
   before sending back item within 7 days
   after receiving order and we will give you address, where you
   can return item. If you do wish to return any items you must
   first contact us via email and tell us the date that the items will be
   shipped back to us, and provide the tracking number.
   Returns must send with confirmation of delivery.
   The returned package must be insured.
   Weight of returned items must be the same, which you received.
   Regardless of delivery confirmation, this guarantee will be void
   without a tracking number and insurance. Buyer is responsible
   for cost of return shipping and insurance.
   If we sent wrong size of t-shirt to you, or item was with defect,
   then we accept return and refund, but if you put item on or washed,
   and after that want to exchange it for a different item
   of equal price - we can not accept return,
   - buyer must place a new order.
   Please choose wisely your size from chart (click here).
   There is not an added Rockrags for a misordered design or
   otherwise faulty item, it will cost you nothing to get the correct
   item. Just send the package back within 7 days  and we will
   then promptly ship you the correct item.
   If you are not happy with the item, you may return it for a refund
   minus 25% FEE (for restocking). No questions 
   will be asked. However, we do not refund money for Shipping.
   If you would prefer a different design/size than was specified 
   originally in your order before (or after) we ship your item(s),
   we require $5.00 extra for restocking plus shipping from Rockrags
   of your ordered items and plus $2.00 handling for every package.
   Also we do not refund money for Shipping when you decided
   change size.
   After you received your order and put it on or washed -
   we can not accept return.
   Refunds policy   Top
   After we have received and processed the returned item
   we will notify you via e-mail of your refund.
   You can expect a refund in the same form of
   payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14
   business days of our receiving your return.
   Please note that we can refund shipping costs 
   only if the return is a result of our error.
   Cancel Order   Top
   If you Cancel your order before authorization transaction
   of your credit card through our bank -
   your credit card will not be charged.
   If you Cancel your order after we have processed your order
   we require a 25% FEE (for restocking).
   When we have ready to ship your order - you may Cancel your order
   for a refund minus 25% FEE (for restocking).

   weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary,

   United States:
    All items shipped within the USA will include Delivery Confirmation
   with USPS tracking number.
   The days listed below are business days 
   (Saturday and Sunday do not count as a day).
   Please keep in mind that the delivery time you choose 
   is how long it will take for you to receive your order 
   AFTER your order is ready to ship. 
   In most cases everything is in stock and orders ship out
   on next business week of you placing it (after receiving the payment). 
   If an item is out of stock, your order could be ship out
   within 3 weeks or more.
   It is a buyer responsibility ask us if item is in stock.
   USPS Priority Mail/1class (3-5 days) with Delivery Confirmation.
   SHIPPING INSURANCE: Shipping insurance is $2 additional
   and optional, but recommended. If your order is lost, it will be re-shipped
   with this option. By asking us 'Add Shipping Insurance' above a $2
   flat fee will be added to your order.
   International shipping:
   Note: for tracking number we have higher cost shipping - please
   contact us and you will receive special instructions.

   package delivery. If you'd like the package delivered to
   PO Box it WILL increase the order processing time (for up to 2 days)
  *As far as USPS does not support delivery confirmation service
   for International packages its buyer responsibility to keep track 
   package delivery. We are not responsible for any missing packages.
  Save your money on combined shipping!!!
  Shipping for additional item is $1.00 for USA and Canada for 2nd item,
   $ 1.00 for 3rd item, etc. (up to 5 items per one order).

  International orders   Top
  There are three ways to make a payment: 
  1. By international money order (no limits for order)
  2. Through PayPal or Google Checkout - preferable payment method.
  3. We accept only International Orders with credit card payment
     subtotal value no more then $100.00.
   Buyers with International shipping address must pay us with
   Money Order or International Cashier's Check
   in US funds there must be a bank from the United States
   written on it somewhere AND there must be a bank routing
   number and account number printed on the bottom edge of
   the Money Order.
  Sorry, we do not accept Western Union Money Order.
  Requirements for placement International order with
  payment by credit card or PayPal (Please read carefully) :
  1. The International Orders placed outside the US
      will be process only if shipping address will be match 
      the address specify on credit card security order billing address.
  2. We accept only International Orders with subtotal value
     no more then $100.00.
  3. We accept only International Orders issued in US dollars.
